The communication through the purchase was amazing, whether by phone or by email. He replied shortly after I sent questions and took the time to answer them thoroughly. He also help me find a property manager by asking him tough questions to validate the reference. As for the mortgage broker, inspector and lawyer, he referred me to people he has been dealing with for many years. They were very helpful and hard working.
Once I found a property that met my lender’s criteria, I was able to visit it, therefore reducing my plane rides. I find working with Jason is as easy as purchasing in my own town, even though I don’t live in Alberta. With today’s technology, everything is done through the internet anyway, making these purchases feel like they are purchased in my town.
