Jason was referred to me by a well-known investor.
Having known and followed this investor for a few years, I knew working with Jason as a Realtor would meet my expectations, as he is also an investor himself. The process of buying a property through him was efficient.
Although I was not able to visit all the properties, because I live out the province, he sent me cash flow analyses and lots of pictures. Since I was not familiar with the city, having a knowledgeable experienced Realtor of many years on the grounds was valuable. I find working with Jason is as easy as purchasing in my own town, even though I don’t live in Alberta. With today’s technology, everything is done through the internet anyway, making these purchases feel like they are purchased in my town.
