Some things in life come easy and I think we can all agree that some don’t…  most often the things that mean the most to us are the hardest to achieve.

Our story is one filled with challenges, adversity and learning many valuable lessons along the way to success. I’m very thankful for these experiences as they have made me the person who I am today and have given me the ability to create this wonderful business built on purpose with undeniable passion.

When reflecting on our journey of almost two decades there is one word that sums it up better than any – PERSISTANCE!

Hello, my name is Jason Mattern

I am the founder and CEO of TriUrban Real Estate and I’d like to share with you a little bit about me, our purpose and our passion – Investment Real Estate!

I am a husband, dad, son, brother, and friend to many. I’m also a real estate investor and an entrepreneur at heart. I have had the privilege of developing and owning many real estate projects and businesses, in both the residential and commercial sectors, and currently hold several long-term investment properties.
